With 20 years of deep engagement in the lithium battery sector, he has personally witnessed the development of China's lithium battery industry from its infancy to global leadership. He is a full-chain practical expert covering cell R&D, material optimization, production control, product commercialization, and resource integration. Proficient in mainstream technical systems such as lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and ternary lithium (NCM/NCA), and familiar with the product logic of multiple scenarios including energy storage batteries, power batteries, and consumer electronics batteries. He has led over 8 key industry    projects, broken through multiple critical technical bottlenecks, applied for a total of more than 25 invention patents (including over 12 core patents), taken the lead in formulating 10 enterprise standards, participated in compiling 3 industry standards, and the transformation of technological achievements has created direct economic benefits exceeding 2 billion yuan.

On the technical R&D front, he led the R&D of high cycle life energy storage cells, overcoming key technologies such as electrode formulation optimization and electrolyte system improvement. The cycle times of products increased from 2000 to 3500, reaching the advanced industry level. On the production and manufacturing front, he took the lead in promoting the intelligent upgrading of production lines, introducing automated testing equipment and digital management systems, achieving a 40% increase in production efficiency and a 60% reduction in defect rate, helping the enterprise double its production capacity. At the commercial level, he deeply connected upstream and downstream resources, took the lead in reaching long-term cooperation with leading domestic automotive companies and energy storage enterprises, and the market share of the power battery and energy storage battery projects he led has steadily ranked among the top 10 in the segmented fields.

He has always focused on the cutting-edge technological trends of the industry, and continued to delve into emerging fields such as solid-state batteries and sodium-ion batteries. He has been invited to attend domestic new energy industry summits many times to share practical experience, and is a senior expert in the industry with both technical depth and implementation capability.

1. Technical breakthrough: Led the research and development project for high-cycle energy storage cells, solved the technical problem of interface stability between electrodes and electrolytes, and the product achieved a cycle life of 3500 times (1C/1C), winning the "Provincial New Energy Technology Innovation Award".

2. Industrial upgrading: Led the intelligent transformation project of the production line, introducing AI visual inspection system and MES production management system. The production efficiency increased by 40% and the unit cost decreased by 20%. The project was selected as one of the "Municipal Excellent Cases of Intelligent Manufacturing".

3. Standard Development: Led the drafting of 10 enterprise standards including "Enterprise Standard for Battery Consistency Testing" and "Testing Specifications for Cycle Life of Energy Storage Cells", and participated in the drafting of 3 industry standards for "Battery Safety Performance". This has become the core support for the technical compliance of the enterprise.

4. Market Expansion: Led negotiations for long-term cooperation with 2 of the top 10 domestic automakers and 3 leading energy storage companies. The leading battery project achieved annual sales of over 800 million yuan, and the energy storage battery project delivered over 1 GWh of output annually.

5. Team building: Established a core technical and production management team of over 30 people, and cultivated 10 industry-experienced technical experts, among whom 5 became the heads of the enterprise's technical department.
